Full Service

Who?

  • Clients with less than $500 in recoverable benefits are automatically enrolled in the Basic Service
  • Clients with more than $500 in recoverable benefits can enroll in the Full Service
  • If a client below the $500 threshold wants to sign up, the advisor can contact their Client Relationship Manager for assistance.

What?

  • Relief at source in all ‘no documentation’ markets. This group represents a small handful of markets, included among them are Canada, Ireland, and Japan
  • Relief at source and post payable recovery in 58 markets.

Fee?

  • 6% of any benefits received
  • Relief at source: 6% of any benefits received
  • Post payable recovery:
    • Opaque entities: 20%
    • Transparent entities: 35%

Action Required?

  • No action is required to begin receiving Basic Service benefits
  • Clients who don’t want to participate must return opt-out form included in the original service letter
  • Because most markets require documentation to substantiate reclaims, Clients must return the pre-populated document packet sent with the notification letter to enroll in the Full Service
  • Clients who fail return the packet will still receive relief at source in the 3 basic service markets
  • Clients who don’t want to participate in any service must return opt-out form included in original service letter
